What do I need for check-in?

You need official document such as passport or ID card.

At what time is check-in or check-out?

Check-in is at 2pm. The house is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Check-out time is 11am. If neccessary, you can leave your belongings during the day.

What about group bookings?

For group bookings contact us at hoteluvac@gmail.com.

Are there any booking fees?

No, there are no booking fees. However, we charge the deposit. If you don't check-in or cancel the booking on time, you will lose deposit. If you check-in as planned, deposit amount will be deducted from your bill and you'll just have to pay the rest.

What is cancellation deadline?

Cancellation must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival by sending an email to hoteluvac@gmail.com. Failing to do so will result in forfeiture of deposit. During high season, additional cancellation policy could apply.

How many nights can I stay at your accommodation?

You can stay as long as you want, there are no limits.

Are sheets included?

Yes, of course.

Is breakfast included?

No, but our guests can have very reasonably priced traditional breakfast.

Is there internet access?

Yes, you can use our broadband wireless internet connection for free.

How to get to your villa?

All neccessary information regarding how to get here can be found on Location page.

Is there a curfew?

No, you can go in and out as you please.

Is there any food available?

We can make almost any meal for you on request. There is microwave and fridge on your disposal, beside other home appliances.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay in cash or via bank transfer. We don't accept credit cards, traveller's cheque or American Express.

Who can stay at your villa?

Everybody is welcome. We don't have any age limits, and we are pet friendly.

Where can I park my car?

You can park your car either in the courtyard or in front of the property.
